Giclee Prints
I can produce high quality fine art prints of your portaits.
Whether you want another copy of your drawing to share with family members, wish to display a print in order to protect your original portrait for years to come or simply want a smaller copy for yourself, these can be produced on your request.
What is a Giclee Print?
Printed with high quality, pigment-based inks on archival paper, giclee prints are designed not to fade and deteriorate in the same way as a normal print.
Prints are on Hahnemühle german etching paper which has a beautiful texture, gives a stunning rendition of your portrait and will last for years to come.
I work with a professional printing company for all my prints and they consistently produce excellent work.
Available sizes
For standard sized portraits I sell prints of the same size or a smaller size than the original.
However, this depends on the amount of detail in the original portrait.
I will inform you if this size reduction is not possible as in certain cases it may result in a poor quality print.
A Print’s resemblance to the original
Prints are made using a high resolution photograph, taken on completion of your drawing.
I fine-tune these image files to create a print which retains all the detail of the original.
Despite this, due to the reflective qualities of graphite and the nature of the process, prints have their own charm and may differ slightly in tone from the original.
Pricing
Medium (all sizes except 16” x 20”) : £70 for the initial print and £50 for any additional prints
Large (16” x 20”) : £150 for the initial print and £100 for any additional prints

Royal Mail 48hr shipping is included in the price and all prints are tracked and fully insured.
The sizes stated above are for the printed area of the print and do not include the border.
How to order your prints
To request a print simply contact me, referencing the order number for your portrait.
Prints of your portrait can be ordered at any time after your portrait commission has been fully paid.
I keep a high quality photo of your drawing, so don’t worry if it’s been a long time since you recieved it.
As long as you keep your order number I can find your portrait.
